MSFT Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At MSFT, each piece is created with high attention to quality and detail. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange option under specific conditions outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

2. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging

Exchange shipping charges are paid by the customer

Exchange is approved only after inspection

3. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory for Any Claim)

To raise any complaint, request, or claim, you MUST provide:

clear unboxing video showing:

1. The sealed package

2. The shipping label with address visible

3. The parcel being opened in one continuous shot

4. The product clearly shown inside the packaging


Important notes:

The video must be taken before opening and removing tags

Screenshots or broken clips are not accepted

If you fail to provide the proper unboxing video →

No exchange, refund, or claim will be accepted.

No exceptions.

This rule protects both customer and brand from fraudulent or false claims.

4. When Exchange Is Not Possible

If the requested size/product is out of stock, we provide Store Credit equal to the product price.

Store Credit never expires

Can be used for any future purchase

5. Refunds

Refunds are offered only when the issue is from our side, such as:

You received a wrong product

You received a manufacturing defect

We are unable to complete your order

 

Refunds are not provided for:

Size problems

Preference change (fit/style/color)

No unboxing video provided

Late exchange requests

6. Shipping Costs

In all exchange requests (size issues), customer pays shipping

If the issue is proven from MSFT’s side (wrong/defect + valid unboxing video), MSFT covers shipping

7. Eligibility Verification

To prevent misuse:

All returned items undergo inspection

Store credit or exchange will be processed only after approval

9. Final Sale Items

Products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.

MSFT may update this policy anytime.

Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date.
